A real Russellville claim we handled
This is a summary from a CMA claim file. Names, addresses and claim details are left out to protect our client. Every claim is different, and past results do not guarantee a future outcome.
December 2021 tornado and wind damage
Several adjusters had cycled through the claim. We met the insurer’s adjuster at the home, compared the two engineering reports, and walked him through the big items missing from the insurer’s estimate. He agreed that a lot had been left out.
Result: The claim was paid at $82,963 in replacement cost.
What we do on a Kentucky claim
- Compare engineering reports and challenge the ones that miss damage.
- Meet the adjuster on site and document the inspection.
- Write our own estimate of roof, structure and interior damage.
- Follow up until the check is issued.
How we get paid
There is no upfront fee. We are paid a percentage of what the claim pays, under a written contract you sign before we start.
